Mary Gay Townsend, beloved mother and wife, passed away peacefully on Thanksgiving morning, November 28th, Mary Gay fought bravely against cancer for more than 25 years but never allowed the disease to define her.

Mary Gay Townsend, co-founder of executive search firm Norgay Partners, has passed away after a prolonged battle with illness. She was 65 years old. Townsend passed away peacefully at her home in Oyster Bay Cove, New York, over the Thanksgiving holiday.
